Executive, Claims (Special Investigation Unit)

Job Description To act and initiate an investigation upon receiving a case from the Special Investigation Unit Manager .Conduct the investigation with proper diligence and professionalism.Ensure that witness statements are duly signed after recording. Review and follow up on investigations conducted by external Investigators such as Adjusters.Evaluate and review the gathered evidence.Report to and update the Head of SIU on :Investigation statusAny unusual trends/norms identified during the investigation process.Maintain a case log and update it periodically.Obtain necessary assistance from specialist or external services required.Maintain confidentiality on all investigated cases.    Requirements Minimum Degree in any field
Experienced in General Insurance industry is preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the area of Claims and specifically Fraud Investigation
