Executive, Compliance and Quality Assurance (HK Support, ePension)• Assist in monitoring pension administration processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service delivery standards.
• Provide support in the setup and execution of quality control framework and quality plan for pension administration.
• Support management and investigation of customer complaints and operational incidents, compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct UAT testing and support in trustee onboarding and data migration.
• Review and update procedures and guidelines on quality management monitoring, complaint management, and regulatory reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
• Having experience in pension administration/financial industry preferably.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
• Strong analytical, good interpersonal and organizing skills.
• Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure to fulfill assigned tasks by the timeline.
• Proficient in PC skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience with demonstrated ability and interest in the position are welcome to apply.
