Executive (Compliance & Assurance Management)To facilitate and coordinate effective integrated compliance, ensuring adherence to governance standards to safeguard the business and its stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities
Coordinate Compliance Programs : Conduct in-depth analyses of compliance risks to ensure proper implementation and adherence to laws and regulations across the companies and address any ABMS issues identified.
Execute Annual Compliance Programs : Engage with relevant stakeholders group-wide to ensure the implementation of risk policies and frameworks.
Compliance Reporting : Collate submissions from business units (BUs) and identify integrity issues at the BU level to ensure accurate reporting.
Monitor ABMS Functions : Ensure regular communication to maintain ISO certification of the ABMS and effective implementation of its requirements by all BUs.
Conduct Training : Provide compliance and ABMS training to relevant groups using agreed methods to maintain awareness and a culture of compliance across the companies.
Continuous Improvement : Engage with operational units (OPUs) to enhance the anti-bribery and corruption framework through continuous improvement discussions.
Develop Integrity Communication Plan : Partner with Petronas and collaborate with business units to foster effective integrity conversations.
Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in law, Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with 1-2 years in audits, compliance, and assurance.
Additional Experience : Experience in the property development and construction industry is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
