Job DescriptionEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare tender documents (e.g. bill of quantities, specifications, contract conditions, drawings, etc.) where quantity take-off and site measurement are required.
Identify gaps between Bill of Quantities, drawings, specifications, conditions of the Contract, and taking it for logical closure.
Update tender documents based on feedback attained and that costs are re-calculated where designs or specifications are altered.
Organize tender interviews and ensure the tendering processes comply with the Company SOP and project schedule.
Control overall project budget, construction costs, progress claims/payments, variation orders, and final accounts are prepared and controlled in accordance with work standards.
Maintain proper records of all pricing, documents, drawings, and samples.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or equivalent field.
At least 3 years of working experience for executive level and 5 years of working experience for senior level in the construction industry is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives/Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate/Construction or equivalent.
