Plan, prepare budget/proposal, manage and execute communications, branding and sustainability programs.- Coordinate awareness talks regarding 3R programs.- Coordinate and handle publicity materials as well as upkeep all digital asset management at State level.- Establish good rapport with the government and media.- Engage with potential stakeholders, partnerships and interested joint venture parties by communicating the public awareness and initiatives.- Communicate the corporate identity and brand messages to internal publics to increase public awareness.- Assist to coordinate and maintain up-to-date Crisis Communication Plan for crisis or sensitive issues.- Assist in daily media monitoring, reporting, handling of media complaints, 3R programs and other functions when necessary.- Assist in organizing company's social responsibility event, corporate events and launching of new services.- Assist in ad hoc projects as directed by HOD.**Job Specifications**- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word) will be an added advantage.- Proficient in the use of Design Software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or other design packages) and video editing softwares (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage.- Competent in the use of social networking tools.- High flexibility with strong commitment to meeting the needs and demands of the audience.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and passionate about generating high quality, error-free work.- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.- Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
