Executive - Credit & Contract

Responsibilities:To handle all business contracts and all other contract-related matters.
To liaise with all departments in the Company and/or third-party lawyers on contract-related matters.
To meet with customers/vendors to discuss and/or negotiate on contract terms and conditions.
To ensure the interests of the Company are protected at all times when discussing/negotiating contract terms and conditions.
To provide a timely reply on the queries/assistance required on contract-related matters.
To be in compliance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures, ISO standard, and local laws and regulations.
To assist in the Credit Department in credit-related issues.
To assist in all debtors-related legal issues.
To handle ad-hoc assignments provided by the management.
What you need to have:Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Law.
Above 2 years of relevant experience.
A good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia, either written or oral.
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
Right sense of urgency and meticulous in handling all documents.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Well-versed with Company Act / Commercial Law.
Possess initiative, mature, and self-motivated.
