Project: ALL BRDB Group properties Prepare VP documentation i.e. inventory list and items. Coordinate VP process with Sales Admin, Accounts, Sales Team and Project Team Conduct VP. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. To assist customers, understand the condition of units and answer questions about their reservations. Administer defect submission. To provide support and assistance ot colleagues within the team to produce Prepare Monthly Defect Report. Attending Monthly Progress Meeting. Prepare monthly invoices for our service providers. Prepare tasks for the Cleaners and monitor on a daily basis for unsold units. To have daily discussion on the defect rectification works with the Contractor. To send Completion Notice to the Purchasers. To maintain Purchasers defect and other correspondence details through a filling system. To handle email queries by both internal and external parties. To conduct inspection for defects for sold &unsold units. Submission of bils for unsold units and or units pending VP (TNB, Syabas, WI K, Service Charges, Quit Rent &Assessment) to Accounts to prepare payment. To prepare quotation and comparison for service provider when required ot do so. To see ot Clubhouse matters i.e., pool cleaning, security system, pest control and landscaping. To coordinate with the Management Office as and when required. To represent BRDB as a representative ot attend the AGM and Tribunal Case. Any other duties/jobs assigned by the CRM Manager/Management from time ot time. Tamansari Clubhouse / Lounges To monitor the pool cleaning, pest control, landscaping and security system To ensure the owners folow ot the clubhouse rules and regulations (i.e. proper attire ni the GYM and Pool) To monitor the cleaners and security guard To monitor the waste collection To ensure al the gym equipment ni good condition To compile monthly invoice from serviced provider and send to approval To ensure al the perimeter area si clean and al common utilities si ni good condition.
