SALARY RANGE: RM3000 - RM3500 Location: Sepang, Selangor A DAY IN A LIFE As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionalCommunicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively Route escalations to the appropriate channelsEngage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills These are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role:
Will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Must have previous experience in providing exceptional customer service.Strong background in logistics, both air and road transport is a plus.Experience in e-commerce and start-up environments will be highly advantageous.Proficiency in using various communication channels such as E-mail, Chat, and Social Media.Fresh grads are welcome to applyMandarin (read and write) is required for this role.
