Responsibilities: Responsible in taking care of all customer facing interactions – Face to Face, over the phone & email.Responds to Customer Care & Property Management (CCPM) user inquiries or reported problems in a timely fashion. Preparation for handing over property before CCC e.g. Hire property management company, handing over kid, forms.Carry out (PDI) Pre-Delivery Inspection of properties – monitoring and updating status of overall project to CRM ManagerTo be responsible for customer service and experience from the period of after sales until end of liability period.Attending and servicing customers throughout the liability/warranty period in terms of complaints and problems faced at site and resolving the same within a stipulated time frame. Monitor upkeep of the entire project site i.e. security, landscape, street lighting and cleaning. Liaison with Project Dept. and Contractors to ensure timely and quality work carried out to achieve customer satisfaction. Before handing over keys liaison with sales admin on collection and bank release full payment.To ensure the upkeep of all incoming enquiries and complaints to CCPM through all touchpoints and provide a status update to the CCPM Head within the agreed timeframe.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Business Management, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience with experience with Property Developer or Customer Servicing is required for this position.Customer focus and centricity, problem solving and process improvement skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literate.Committed to deadline and able to work independently. Good team player and self-motivated.Has knowledge with ISO 9001 Frameworks.Excellent command of written and spoken in English.Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is an added advantageWilling to travel across Malaysia.
