-Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.  


-To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.  


-Attend enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.  


-To handle full settlement request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.  


-Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.

-Minimum diploma in any field  


-Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
