Responsibility:
Oversee and manage areas in relation to:
Plan and allocate temporary/courtesy units for customers based on requests in CRM (Renault & GoCar Subscriptions), including preparing the E-form.
Check the vehicle condition (cleanliness, condition, and fuel level, interior and exterior) and record by photo taken.
Check the return vehicle condition and cross-check with delivery condition.
Inform PDI if defects are found on return unit.
Plan and communicate with VDC to arrange for temporary/courtesy units to be delivered to Petaling Jaya Showroom to meet customer requests according to the specific category of customer subscription.
Communicate with DEC to arrange appointments for customers to collect temporary/courtesy units and follow up on those who have not collected allocated units.
Handle staff subscriptions for Renault & GoCar to ensure payment is made and communicate with Finance Department & VDC for allocation.
Manage customer complaints.
Any other tasks provided by superior.
