Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service or relevant studies
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Willing to travel and possess own transport with valid driving license
Willing to work on the 2 shifts: 8am - 5pm and 11am - 8pm
Willing to work on Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer calls/feedback/enquiries
Update public complaints in SWM complaint system
Constantly monitor and follow up actions with CRM Executive at branches
Check Whatsapp for any complaints/enquiries and act accordingly
Submit relevant reports to Customer Service Manager on daily/weekly basis
Update tyre breakdown case in the relevant management system
To perform/assist in any task as instructed by CRM Manager as and when needed
