Executive, Customer Service (Cheras Leisure Mall)

Details of the offer

Provide supports to customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Provide front line support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with services and assistance provided. At the same time, assist the marketing department to ensure the smooth running of events and activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls and Customer Careline Whatsapp as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Attend to shoppers' enquiries at the Information Counter and channel customer complaints to the relevant person/department.
Handle music control, wheelchair for handicapped, paging, and take care of lost children in the Centre.
Be well informed at all times of events, programs, contests, and dispense accurate information to shoppers on contest mechanics organized by the shopping mall and appointed organizers.
Prepare weekly reports such as Activities Report and Customer Count report.
Manage the Information Counter, ensuring no entry of unauthorized persons, general cleanliness, and that all promotional material is well stocked or replenished.
Handle gift redemption and register participants in any activities/contest and assist in event management.
Assist in removing expired posters/notices/buntings and placement of new ones.
Arrange Security Guards to accompany shoppers to the car park upon valid request.
Inform the relevant person/department immediately when problems/incidents occur or malfunction of any equipment.
Coordinate with the Building department's team for activities & events (M&E; Security, Cleaners, Car Park, etc.).
Ensure work permits are signed & approved by all parties (building, M&E & Security) and revert to the organizer via email (this applies for our internal events or tenants' events).
Ensure that M&E keeps the PA systems safely and revert with the event handover form after the completion of events/activities.
You may be assigned any other related duties, in line with your scope of work by your superior and/or management.
