Executive, Customer Service

-Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about Company service using scripts


-Assist customer with their appointments by reminding them


-Answering questions about products or the company


-Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales


-Direct prospects to the relevant department


-Enter and update customer information in the database


-Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation


-Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales


-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


-Able to multitask and work over time when required

-Candidate must possesses s at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English


-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
