Job DescriptionContacting potential or existing customers to inform them about Company service using scripts
Assist customer with their appointments by reminding them
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the relevant department
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Able to multitask and work over time when required
Job RequirementsCreative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
