Executive, Customer Service (Ipoh Branch)This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hong Leong Assurance Berhad team as an Executive, Customer Service at our Ipoh branch. As a key member of the Front Office & Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak.
What you'll be doing
Serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Troubleshooting customer and agency forces issues and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
Working with internal departments/stakeholders to meet customers' requirements.
Being proactive and ensuring customers' requests are responded to within the service standards.
Providing feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines and regulations.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Customer Service.
