We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with technical issues related to the company's products. This position is also open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues by guiding customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate technical team or supervisor.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and technical reports.
Analyze and report customer data to identify trends and improve service quality.
Create or update support documentation and knowledge base articles for future reference.
Educate customers on product features and usage to prevent recurring issues.
Stay up-to-date on company product updates, new technologies, and support best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Able to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
Proficient in statistical data analysis and problem solving.
Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
