Job Responsibilities:Provides program & specific training to newly hired and existing operations employees in Customer Service Team according to set training standards.
Ensures the proper implementation of policies and procedures of the Company.
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions.
Support consolidation of knowledge management by standardizing documentation to capture a centralized knowledge portal.
Be responsible for the initial SOP setup, local language translation, system, and process test to meet the launch readiness requirements when business expands to new countries.
Monitor and track employee progress, providing ongoing support and coaching for continuous learning and skill development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
Job Requirements:Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree
At least 2 years of work experience with a background in the tourism/e-commerce environment is preferred.
Familiar with call center and customer service processes
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English + Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and good presentation skills
Demonstrated independence and ability to spearhead initiatives
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, startup environment
Research, planning, organizing, time management, and high level of administrative skill
Confident, self-motivated and global-oriented
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
