Responsible for strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture through the implementation and maintenance of robust security measures.
Ensures compliance with industry standards like ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and TISAX, while supporting overall cybersecurity governance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, enforces security policies, leads awareness initiatives, and provides strategic direction to mitigate risks.
Plays a vital part in protecting the company's critical digital assets and ensuring business resilience.
Supports the promotion of cybersecurity processes and helps foster a security-conscious culture within the organization.
Assists in identifying and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's security posture.
Provides cybersecurity guidance for IT environments and assists project teams in implementing cybersecurity measures.
Helps develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees and third-party.
Supports internal and external cybersecurity audits and compliance initiatives.
Assists in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks related to the company and its partners.
Coordinates the Assembly Cyber Incident Response Process in collaboration with senior team members.
Works with cybersecurity teams (Group / Motors) and other markets to support and align global cybersecurity practices.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of IT experience with a strong interest and passion for cybersecurity.
Experience in supporting cybersecurity functions, including security operations, governance, and basic cyber architecture.
Familiarity with implementing cybersecurity programs, particularly those aligned with NIST controls.
