The Executive, Data Integrity will assist in the transition to and the maintenance of the new prisma, focusing on the integrity, alignment, and strategic use of RSPO's data.
To oversee the integrity and alignment of data within RSPO's systems, facilitating a smooth transition to the PRISMA and ensuring ongoing data quality for certification, trade, and traceability.
The location of this role is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDuties include but will not be limited to the following:
Data Transition & Integration ManagementOversee the digitisation of Certification's audit reports into theprisma , ensuring quality and completeness.
Assist in the implementation of the harmonisation and integration of legacy data into the PRISMA, while co-planning roadmap for data cleanup and management.
Data Quality Assurance & System AlignmentEnsuring comprehensive data quality standards for theprisma , conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with RSPO divisions/units to align data practices, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient reporting.
Proactively address and rectify data discrepancies and legacy issues in partnership with relevant divisions/units.
Stakeholder Engagement & Data GovernanceThe primary liaison for data integrity matters with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaborative resolution ofprisma -related data issues.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTEducationDegree qualified, preferably with a focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Environmental Science or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum 1 – 2 years working experience in a role focused on data quality, data management and related area.
Experience in working with large datasets and understanding complex data structure is beneficial.
Technical and Professional KnowledgeProven experience with data management and systems integration.
Familiarity with RSPO certification processes and traceability systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through complex data issues.
Excellent communication skills, both for internal coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
Other Special RequirementsProficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI would be advantageous.
