Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for all planning, ordering and daily forecast and logistics of in-flight pre-book and commercial items across all operating hubs.Monitor Take-up, wastage and shortage trends at stations and hubs, and generate reports periodically to the management. This includes but not limited to wastage, sold out items, high-low performing itemsCoordinate and manage the items included but not limited to special flights, government flights, charter flights and last minute changesGather and consolidate data from various systems ( predictive loading data, e-pos, Naviatire, and pre-booked) that related ordering and planningInvestigate E-VR, customer complaints regarding in-flight related products and services and provide feedback to stakeholdersCreate optimal uplift strategy and minimize warehouse wastage Oversee all F&B product demand plans and activities for the businessAnalyze sales trends based on route & passenger profileAlways adhere to company SOPs while performing your tasks. Always follow best practices accepted by the companyResponsible for cart par level setup for all F&B itemsWork closely with different stakeholder Product/ Marketing/ Ground Operations/ Warehouse/Cabin Crew team etc to jointly ensure successful execution inflight projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree inMarketing,Business Administration, or related fieldMust have at least 2-3 years work experience in a Demand Planning role or equivalentPreferably with background in Retail/e-Commerce demand planning, analytics or buying / merchandising.Stronganalytical skillsand the ability to use data to make informed decisionsExcellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skillsAbility towork independentlyas well as in a team-oriented environmentProficient inMicrosoft Officeandmarketingautomationsoftware We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
