ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning and execution of livestreams and manage monthly live schedule.
Recruit, train and manage live hosts, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and audience engagement strategies.
Adjust livestream offers and product displays in real-time to boost conversion rates.
Track livestream metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales performance to inform future strategies.
Operations & LogisticsOversee the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Manage inventory by coordinating between online and offline stock levels and ensure proper implementation of promotional mechanisms (e.g., bundles, discounts, vouchers).
Work closely with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Performance Tracking & ReportingProvide regular performance analysis against forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics for internal stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms or livestream execution.
Proficiency in TikTok ads, eCommerce tools and livestream optimization.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
