About the role As a Marketplace E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing brand presence on various ecommerce platforms.
You will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple online marketplaces.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational management.
Responsibilities: ? Marketplace management - manage catalog including images and description, prices and day to day operations on multiple platforms ? Sales and Performance - plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue ? Inventory and Order Management - manage inventory on all platforms, fulfillment time and rate ? Relationship management - Coordinate with Customer service, Logistics, Marketing team and Buying team for optimum results ? Customer experience - manage seller ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer returns About the requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or E-Commerce related fields ? 2 - 6 years of experience and specifically Marketplace experience of Shopee, Lazada or with Enabler like ADA, Gtech etc or sellers on online platform ? Familiarity with SEO, Digital marketing a plus ? Good with numbers, Excel and data analytics ? High English proficiency and Chinese language knowledge is a must
