To adhere strictly to the Safety policy, guidelines and practice while operating the machines and in all day-to-day operation
To ensure daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans to all machineries and equipment at Matang Plant is carried out periodically.
Attend to breakdown of machineries as soon as possible.
Responsible for optimum operations of all machineries at the Matang plant.
Troubleshoot and carry out repairs to the line machineries as and when required.
To ensure highest standards of safe working condition by regularly maintaining excellent equipment conditions and practicing GMP.
To plan the machines' overhaul / periodic maintenance.
To manage the purchase of spares, tools or materials for all machineries.
Responsible for inventory / Safekeeping of engineering spares.
Responsible for the Waste Management & Environment services.
Carry out instructions from the Supervisors as and when directed.
Job Requirements / QualificationsDiploma/ Degree in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrument Engineering
2-3 years in production/ manufacturing is added advantage
