To assist Head of Facilities Management to supervise maintenance team and perform M&E maintenance at the Mall To attend to tenants & customers complaints and problems and to solve it in a timely manner To provide support and assistance to Car Park department on M&E services and maintenance Job Duties: To lead, supervise and manage a team of technicians and handyman to ensure smooth operation and good upkeep of the Mall and parking area including BAS, M&E equipment and services, fire fighting system, ACMV (Air Cooling System), lifts and escalators, LPG equipment, ELV, lightings and car park equipment, etc. To monitor performance of service contractors/providers and suppliers on their schedule services, service performance according to scope and the quality of works within datelines. To monitor and facilitate all repairs, replacement and/or renovation works including liaising with consultants such as architects and engineers, project team and contractors where necessary. To ensure compliance of SOP, By-Law, Local Authorities requirements and guidelines. To monitor and review all preventive maintenance service contracts and timely renewal. To assist and support other operations departments such as Marketing & Promotions, Security and Leasing in carrying out tasks requiring technical support. To maintain and constantly improve utilities and communications infrastructure so as to reduce cost and increase efficiency and productivity. To assist in consumables and spare parts ordering, inventory control and records. To attend to tenants and customers complaints and solve the complaints in a timely manner. To ensure all correspondence, documentation and reporting (weekly / monthly) within the portfolio are done accordingly. To assist in preparing annual financial budget and forecasting expenses for all facilities equipment and services. To check and verify purchase order, service chits, delivery order, invoices and documentations and filing. Any other assignment given by management. Requirements: At least Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance or related field Have 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar capacity, value added for those with experience in shopping mall industry.
