Job Description:
We are looking for Finance / Accounting professionals in various accounting spectrums:
Account Payable
Account Receivable
Cash Management
Full set of Accounts
Management Reporting
Statutory Consolidation
Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational tasks in performing daily activities of finance and accounting:
Operational activities including fixed asset and general accounting master data maintenance and transactional processing;
Co-ordinate and ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities;
Preparation of entity level & group consolidated management reports including preliminary results, entity level management reporting pack, group level management reporting pack for corporate submission, reconciliations/analysis;
Support the budget control processes for the business group;
Perform entity level & group consolidated statutory accounts by executing consolidation tasks in the consolidation system, performing statutory consolidation entries based on Business Groups inputs in compliance with Group Reporting Statutory requirements, and preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements;
Act as a system control and ensure maintenance of Consolidation master data, consolidation settings, and posting validation according to Business Groups Statutory/management requirements;
Perform analytical review of Interco Analysis, Consolidated financial statements, and reporting;
Support yearly group audit and attend to audit queries whenever necessary;
Support analysis and ad-hoc requests from the business group whenever necessary;
Support regular updates of financial accounting/group consolidation/reporting systems to ensure system master data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
A diploma/degree/professional certificate in Accounting or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 2-5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
