Executive, Finance - Based In Labuan, Sabah

EXECUTIVE, FINANCE - BASED IN LABUAN, SABAHResponsibilities:
Handle day-to-day general administration and coordination of the office.
Timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports in accordance with group policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
Ensure proper filing of accounts documentation and supporting documents.
Process payments to vendors, suppliers, contractors, and others as approved by the Management.
Monitor and manage cash flow and reconcile petty cash.
Ensure proper authorization of staff expense claims and process monthly payments.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all local and statutory requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1-2 years of working experience in property industry related accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and attention to detail.
Pro-active and a team player.
Good knowledge of concepts in advanced mathematics, accounting standards, and statistics.
Work location based at Labuan.
