Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
You will be the bridge between the Finance and Operations teams, ensuring financial processes are seamless and effective while supporting operational success.
Work closely with the cashier teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and manage the ageing report to ensure timely payments and collections.
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts, including invoices, payment records, and financial discrepancies.
Process operational payments and ensure proper documentation for financial audits.
Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve any financial process issues and provide necessary support.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for operational activities.
Support financial audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and recommend solutions.
Requirement:
Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in financial operations or finance admin roles.
Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in ageing reports, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Experience in working with operational teams is an advantage.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.
