Manage and motivate workshop personnel involved in delivering high level, good quality and on time delivery of vehicles servicing and repairing to ensure Operation is not affected to achieve targets.- Responsible for the formulation, review and implementation of policies and procedures relating to fleet management, workshop management and manpower management.- Responsible for the planning and managing the Company's fleet to provide quality service to the customers.- Responsible for the planning and managing the Company's preventive maintenance programme to ensure that the Company's fleets operate within the desired quality, cost and efficiency level.- Responsible for the planning and managing the logistic operations, driver management, fuel management and scheduling of truck etc.- Responsible for the planning, leading, organizing and motivating the manpower resources to ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve the company's objectives.- Responsible for the planning and managing the Company's fleets to meet with the requirements of the Road Transport Act.- Ensure the company's fleets, equipment and workshop meet with the safety and regulatory requirements.- Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.- Collaborate with Equipment and Operations Department to ensure the smooth running of fleet repairing and maintenance work.- Assist in other ad-hoc duties and other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.**Job Specifications**- At least 3 years of related working experience preferable with experience in leading a team of workshop personnel (mechanic, tyreman etc).- Hands on experience in repairing and servicing of trucks will be an added advantage.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and passionate about generating high quality.- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.**Our benefits include:- **- Good learning and career development opportunities- Performance based bonuses and increments- Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance- Group Personal Accident Insurance- Group Term Life Insurance- Outpatient medical benefits**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftExpected Start Date: 05/01/2024
