The intelligent Lithium-ion Battery Module/PACK Production Line and Lithium-ion Battery Appearance Inspection Machine, developed independently by ATW, have already obtained repeat orders from several well-known enterprises; and our self-developed product Wire Bonder was officially launched onto the market and already got orders from customer in 2021.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Executive, Forward Logistics with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team at Autowell (M) Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage and optimize the logistics operations for the manufacturing industry, focusing on the forward movement of goods. The role requires strategic planning, coordination with various departments, and the ability to manage complex logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Operation Management
• Oversee the entire forward logistics process from the manufacturing plant to the end customer.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and sales departments to align logistics operations with business needs
2. Transportation & Distribution
• Manage transportation logistics including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze transportation costs and performance to identify areas for improvement
3. Inventory Management
• Work closely with inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize overstock and stock out
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory movements and stock levels
4. Supplier & Vendor Relations
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms and prices
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancy
5. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Handle any logistics-related issues or disputes, ensuring timely resolution
6. Continuous Improvement 
• Analyze logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on logistics performance Job Qualification: 
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the manufacturing industry
3. Able to converse well in mandarin to accommodate client & colleague back in China 
4. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles & people skill in negotiation 
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Proactive and results-oriented mindset
