Sime Darby Holdings Berhad Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of enterprise risk management programmes by assisting with remediation strategies, improvement measures, and coordinating updates and reviews of risk registers, including quarterly and annual consolidations. Assist in the design, information collation, and preparation of quarterly Divisional and Group Risk Reports, ensuring timely updates and adjustments based on significant changes in the risk profile. Assist in the administration of the Q-Radar platform (Risk Management system), including reviewing and analyzing submitted risk profiles and their ratings. Assist in the collation, consolidation, tracking, and report preparation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) documents and insurance reviews across the Group. Assist and support in procurement governance process including setting and administration of the Procurement Leadership Council meeting, reviewing the procurement process and amending its related guidelines (GPPA), as well as the implementation of Responsible Sourcing across the Group. Assist in preparing, consolidating, and implementing the proposed training and awareness plan pertaining to risk and compliance activities, coordinating with the Group Risk & Compliance team to track progression. Conduct post-training analysis to enhance the training experience and assist in the preparation of the half-yearly training report. Provide support to the team and assist with other ad hoc risk management activities as needed. Requirements: - Minimum of bachelor's degree in any fields such as Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Communications, or other related discipline. Excellent command in written and spoken English. Experience in risk management, business continuity management, training and education, procurement or insurance fields are an added advantage.
