**Reports To**:- Manager GSA Relationship**Position Summary**:- Ensure the smooth functioning of the GSA & Offline sales process, from lead generation and after-sales tracking / support.- Responsible to liaise and coordinate with stakeholders (Regional Head Sales & RMD) on performance tracking, facilitating processes and administrative support to the team.**Key Accountability**:- Maximize revenue/cost performance across assigned territory in line with Company objectives.- Collaborate with Sales regions to execute sales action plans on non-managed (offline) markets by developing products relevant for these territories.- Conduct market research to identify potential agents, the route to be support and trends- Promote and sell MAG products and services to customers in the assigned territory.- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing creative sales strategies.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.- Manage Offline Development projects and support the Manager with any additional activities and projects as required.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.**Personality Traits**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments to achieve sales targets.
