Together as one team, we are Here to move.1.0 Job OverviewThis person primary responsibility is to plan/monitor container movement from the time ROT (Request of Transport) was created till the laden container loaded onto vessel.**2.0** **Job Responsibilities (duties / task)**- To ensure Container Movement report updated with latest information's.- Monitor container movement from the time ROT was created till container loaded on vessel.- Create statistics of container volume.- Close communication with warehouse team on stuffing performance so that all containers gated in port before closing date/time.- Close communication with haulage team pertaining empty container deliveries to Nestle warehouse/factories.- To ensure haulage team collects empty containers based on priority collections list.- To update vessel closing details on loading performance board so that stuffing process runs smoothly based on port closing date/time.- Sending daily container movement reports (48 hours prior vessel closing) to all departments to ensure no service failures / miscommunications.- Monitoring K2 declaration in port system to ensure the containers is released by custom officers.- Standby during weekends and public holiday to monitor the shipment movements due to Nestle warehouses/factories are operating 24X7.- Act as a backup for Transport Executive (Load Planner) when required.**3.0** **Job Specification (qualification, experience, skills, attributes)**- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management- Minimum two (2) year's work experience in forwarding / logistics industry.- Good communication skills, both writing and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.**Benefits**:- We're strong believers in continual training and development for our people.
