Educational Background A degree or diploma in hospitality management, housekeeping, or related fields.
Certifications in housekeeping operations or hotel management are an advantage.
Experience Minimum 57 years in housekeeping roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Experience in luxury or upscale hotels is highly preferred.
