Job Responsibilities:
Housekeeping FunctionsAssist in managing day-to-day operations of housekeeping functions.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure good housekeeping practices.
Work closely with all departments to ensure entire operations run smoothly.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and upkeep of all public areas and rooms.
Supervise and monitor daily cleaning schedule for a team of outsourced housekeeping attendants.
Carry out daily briefing on job tasks and cleaning schedule to outsourced housekeeping attendants.
Conduct regular inspections of public areas and rooms.
Monitor and supervise periodical plans for pest control, general waste, and routine maintenance of public areas to ensure no service interruptions.
Report to relevant personnel any maintenance defects noticed by housekeeping attendants.
Assist in addressing concerns and complaints from tenants/guests/visitors regarding housekeeping facilities and create a proper follow-up system.
Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Landscaping FunctionsAssist in managing day-to-day operations of landscaping functions.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure good landscaping practices.
Plan, develop, lead, and execute landscaping strategies and staff supervision of landscape operations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure entire operations run smoothly.
Prepare and monitor the duty roster/work schedules for the landscape general workers.
Responsible for gardening, care of landscaping, and grounds surrounding the building.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily landscaping activities in accordance with layouts and specifications.
Plan and schedule routine for pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
Maintain overall upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features.
Purchase and maintain landscaping supplies and inventory.
Prepare reports, budgets, and plant requisitions for the landscape unit.
Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Horticulture or equivalent.
Proven minimum of three (3) years previous experience working as Executive Housekeeping and Landscape in a similar type of establishment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
