As we are embarking on a journey to be listed in the Global Fortune 500 employer in year 2030, we need more talent like you to join us.Shape YOUR future with Top Glove, The World Largest Manufacturer of Gloves!HR Compliance:Develop and Monitor Systems : Design, implement, and oversee social management systems to ensure compliance with labor practices and social responsibility standards.Audits and Corrective Actions : Conduct internal and external social audits, analyze results, prepare reports, and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions.Training and Communication : Deliver social compliance training for employees and partners, and manage internal and external communication on compliance initiatives and allegations.Compliance Coordination : Liaise with stakeholders like marketers, customers, and auditors to schedule audits and manage compliance records and documentation.Supplier and Legal Oversight : Audit business partners, ensure adherence to legal and social compliance requirements, and stay updated on regulatory changes.HRBP:Liaison Role : Serve as the main point of contact between Group HR and Factory HR, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Strategic HR Partnering : Collaborate with factory leadership to address key HR challenges such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.Policy and Legal Guidance : Monitor changes in employment laws and policies, advising on their impact and ensuring compliance in HR practices.Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including canteen and hostel management, foreign worker processes, and grievance handling.Team Development : Coach and develop the Factory HR team, fostering competency growth and ensuring high performance through the Performance Appraisal System.Industrial Relations:Manage disciplinary cases through conducting preliminary investigations, issuance of Show Cause Letters, deliberate outcome based on findings, prepare and issue outcome.Handling complaints and managing grievance procedures.Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) reviews between superiors & employees.Provide IR Training / Education to the Managers/ HRBP's.Provide technical guidance to superiors/ employees regarding policies, procedures and problems affecting employee relations.Compensation Strategy Development : Design and implement competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring they meet employee needs and comply with regulations.Salary Benchmarking and Surveys : Conduct regular market analyses to maintain salary competitiveness, recommending adjustments based on data and trends.Compliance and Policy Oversight : Ensure adherence to local labor laws and organizational policies in all compensation and benefits practices.Employee Communication : Develop effective communication strategies to inform employees about compensation structures, benefits offerings, and any changes to policies or programs.What we are looking for:Degree in Business Studies / Administration / HR Management or equivalent from reputable universities.Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).Attention to details, results oriented, strong follow-up and good negotiation skills.Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).#J-18808-Ljbffr
