Job Summary
The position is responsible to support the HR Business Partner in implementing system for supporting, measuring and monitoring performance, improvement and compliance based on current standards and regulations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the preparation of monthly reports (ie. recruitment, confirmation, contract staffing, resignation) ensuring that deadlines are met. Performing background screening for candidates (eg. reference check, Dow Jones, criminal and bankruptcy checks). Ensure timely execution and accuracy of all correspondences and requests. Ensure HRIS data integrity, internal database and the relevant human resource system are updated accurately and on a timely basis. Ensure all personal files are well maintained, up-to-date and stored properly in the filing room. Prepare on-boarding documents and welcome pack for new hires; and also, as a liaison person to work with the Property Administrator to ensure new hire's ID card is ready before the commencement date. Handle all payment related issues. Handle escalated issues and follow-up outstanding issues promptly. Assist to sort incoming mails / letters for the department. Ensure that recruitment folders are managed and maintained properly. Assist in any other tasks as assigned from time to time. Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities as are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives. JOB SPECIFICATION: Degree / Diploma in any discipline SPM Holder Diploma holder with at least 3 years working experience is preferable. SPM with a least 5 years relevant working experience in Human Resource Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Organized and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure. Meticulous, neat and detailed oriented Knowledge of employment Act will be an added advantage. Good communication skill both in spoken and written English. Well versed in Microsoft application.
