If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Job Purpose Summary:Responsible for delivery of Benefits Administration functions and activities in accordance with the Bank's policies and guidelines;Work closely with Manager and team members to achieve agreed SLA;To carry out any other duties as directed by Management.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional Processing of Staff Loans Application and issuance of Letter of Offer.Coordinate and administering Group Scholarship application.Processing payment for Medical and Staff Insurance InvoicesAdminister Group Term Life and Group Personal Accident insurance policy enrolment, claims and payment of annual premium.Processing of SOCSO & DOSH claims and inquiries.Administer medical benefits program for enrolment and termination of benefits.Processing staff request for Prolonged Illness Leave.Act as the country Leave Administrator in charge of all leave entitlement and enhancement activities and request.Managerial Provide support and back up for HR Helpdesk on handling calls and email inquiries.Active participation in team/unit and department activities inculcates close team relationship among team mates.Regularly contributes ideas for work and workplace improvement.Foster and sustain team spirit culture in workplace to promote harmony and synergy.Jobholder Requirements:Education/QualificationDiploma/ Degree Holders in anyExperienceAt least one-year relevant working experience in Benefits Admin or HR Shared Service environmentSpecial SkillsAbility to read, write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to articulate effortlesslyProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsGood analytical and problem-solving skills
