Executive, HR (Talent Acquisition, Hiring & Employee Relation) - Multiple RolesRecruitment & Onboarding:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Compliance & Policy:Ensure the organization's HR practices comply with local labour laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Participate in any special projects/programs as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
Proficient in English and Malay languages.
Able to work under a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
