We also believe it is important to be constructive and honest. The team believes in customer collaboration and quick response to change. Working for one of the Must-Wins for MBM, you will be responsible for subprojects and a wide range of exciting tasks with a considerable impact on the entire organization.Your tasks will be: Recruitment (Permanent/Agency Worker) Developing, updating and communicating recruitment procedure for OneHubEnsure the implementation of HR e-Approval/TALEO procedure is consistently applied throughout MBSM starting from Staff Requisition till on-boarding documentsManage and taking care of overall recruiting activitiesAdvertise the position via Taleo, Linked-In and other recruiting agencies or portalEnsure all cost incurred for recruitment & selection programs are consistently at the optimum level of investmentTo work with Business Unit for requirements of staff/Agency WorkerShould the re-designation/transfer happen, the appropriate transfer/re-designation process via HR eApproval and the following should be applied through HR Marketing/Employer Branding Advertise the position via Taleo, Linked-In and other recruiting agencies or portal Others To implement the innovative/creative recruiting channel and recruiting strategies and execution to support all project activities eg. Digitization solution for recruitment etc.Process invoices accordingly including creation of PO, Invoice follow-up and Goods ReceivedQualifikationenWhat you bring to the table:EducationDegree in Human Resource Management / Business or it's equivalentExperience / Skill / Knowledge Personal skills: Minimum 3 years related working experience in HRHands on experience in handling recruitment & selectionKnowledge/management of job portals, social media channels via LinkedIn or social platforms.Ms Office – Words, PowerPoint & Excel: Intermediate Level Personal skills: Ability to plan and prioritize activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict deadlinesAbility to communicate and present effectively and diplomatically with superior, peers at both the company and within Group level including Shared Service Centre;Proactive attitude, willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within pre-determined timeframes.
