Executive, Human Resources & Administration (for Operating Company)This position will be based at our operating company located at Wisma DRB-HICOM, Glenmarie, Selangor.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis to ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
Ensure that employees' personal records are consistently updated and maintained in their personnel files.
Work closely with Group Human Capital (GHC) and Group Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance, supporting the implementation of payroll software and systems upgrades.
Process payments to statutory bodies (LHDN, PERKESO, EPF) before due dates.
Generate and distribute payroll reports for management, including summary reports, tax filings, and audits, and assist in the preparation of year-end reports.
Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, allowances, and retirement plans) and provide support to external and internal auditors for payroll audit purposes related to HBPD.
Year-end processing of EA forms and Company Tax Return (Form E).
Process deduction payments to third parties on a monthly basis (e.g., Bank Rakyat, Bank Islam, Zakat Selangor).
Perform other related duties and ad-hoc matters as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a security company or a similar industry.
Good knowledge of Payroll systems, HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, and Data Analysis & Reporting.
Ability to process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Expertise in labor laws, statutory deductions (EPF/SOCSO, EIS, etc.), income tax, and payroll audits.
Skilled in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas and reporting).
Clear and effective communication to address payroll queries, coordinate with teams, and resolve employee concerns.
Works effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Maintains discretion and protects sensitive payroll and employee data.
Ability to manage changes in payroll policies, tax laws, and technology upgrades effectively.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and C&B practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
