ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and administration of company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
Maintain employee's information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate such as employee attendance, leave record, overtime, allowances, claims and statutory
Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
Adhere to payroll policies, procedures and complies with relevant legal requirement
Assist in HR administration task such as registration of group insurance, processing payment, claims, update staff movement, confirmation, uniform inventory, etc.
Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior and/or management as and when required from time to time
Role RequirementsPossess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
Experience in using HRMS Payroll and attendance system will be an added advantage
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
Preferably with experience in related field
Knowledgeable of Malaysia labour regulations is added advantage
Possess own transport
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
