Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and competent Industrial Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing industrial relations activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. You will collaborate closely with HR and management teams to foster a positive work environment, handle employee performance management, and address workplace issues effectively.
Position Responsibilites
Industrial Relations:
-Execute end-to-end industrial relations processes and activities, including maintaining relationships with labor unions and addressing disciplinary cases.
Provide advice on corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
-Implement strategies that promote positive labor relations within the organization.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
-Manage employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution in a timely and constructive manner.
-Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and address workplace concerns.
-Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and promote a positive organizational culture.
-Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and advise management on necessary policy updates.
Training and Awareness
-Develop and deliver training sessions to help managers understand and navigate disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.
-Provide resources, workshops, and ongoing support to equip managers with strategies for effectively handling challenging employee situations.
-Assist managers on compliances and best practices for conflict resolution, with a focus on proactive management of employee issues to prevent escalation.
-Establish feedback loops and continuous learning opportunities to keep managers informed about updates to policies and best practices in handling disciplinary and difficult employee situations.
IR Analytics, Dashboarding and Data Management
-Gather data on disciplinary cases, grievances, collective bargaining outcomes, and other IR activities.
-Conduct trend analyses on key IR metrics (e.g., grievance resolution time, disciplinary case patterns by regions and types of misconduct) to identify risks and improvement areas.
-Create and maintain all IR-related dashboards that provide real-time data on compliance metrics, grievance trends, and IR activities.
-Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights on IR metrics, compliance status, and risk analysis.
-Use data insights to forecast potential IR issues and recommend risk mitigation strategies to proactively address concerns.
Documentation and Reporting
-Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of industrial relations activities, compliance audits, employee grievances, and training programs.
-Generate regular reports for management on industrial relations, compliance status, training outcomes, and employee performance trends.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experiences
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-2 to 5 years of experience in industrial relations, HR compliance, or a related role.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, performance management strategies, and HR compliance regulations.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
-Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Strong skill in Excel, and other data analytics tools
