Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking or any other equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related field
Proficiency in compliance, risk management, business continuity management and related software
Excellent in interpersonal skills, communication skills and proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good reporting writing skill and able to interact with all levels.
Self-starter with positive mind set to work in any challenging situations.
Possess positive attitude, independent, hardworking and willing to take challenge
Willing to travel and relocate
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct preparation of internal monitoring compliance check and operations' adherence to regulatory requirements & internal policies.
Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and colleagues to ensure the successful completion of audits while upholding the highest quality standards for audit reports and working papers.
Attend to queries and collaborate with other Compliance Owner, auditors and relevant authorities/regulators when needed.
Perform in preparation of regulatory and management or administrative reporting and tracking, presentation slides and training where relevant.
Provide independent, unbiased assurance and consulting services to assess the efficacy and sufficiency of the company's internal control systems.
Perform as data analyst by collects, analyses and defines data by performing data analytics procedures in order to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's system of internal control.
Conduct reviews on the conformities of the business processes to Johor Plantations Group's policies, procedures and ABMS Standard.
Review and enhance the established policies / procedures / guidelines and or develop new policies and controls.
Execute risk based internal audit in accordance with annual audit plan.
Performed related work and any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the management.
