Responsibilities:
Responsible for various marketing/enrolment activities to promote programmes offered, through planning and implementing efficient and effective marketing strategies.
Identify and work closely with potential international students' recruitment agents in achieving specific assigned recruitment target.
Liaise with agents in China and other SEA markets and ensure timely support for all marketing and recruitment activities.
Handle the marketing/enrolment activities for assigned markets (China market/SEA region/UEC students) and ensure recruitment target is met.
Explore various opportunities to recruit students from China market and closely monitor the enrolment number.
Provide timely update to the Head of Marketing and Management Team on enrolment number.
Handle all the necessary documentations and prepare the reports as required by the Management.
Support the Head of Marketing in driving international student recruitment.
Job Requirement:
Possess a recognized Degree in Marketing/ Business or any other related discipline.
At least two (2) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution involving in international students market.
Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of students and offer appropriate solutions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong agent management skills and ability to build good connection with the agents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be Proficient in English language and Mandarin, both verbal and written as you need to liaise with agents from China.
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel overseas.
