ResponsibilitiesMarketing ManagementExecute international marketing and enrolment strategies and plans.
Organise and participate in international marketing and enrolment activities initiated by agents, embassies, or government ministries.
Generate international leads through adequate and regular marketing activities.
Implement school marketing plans internationally and engage in school marketing activities.
Identify and explore collaboration projects.
Liaise with foreign embassies and government ministries on institution recognition and student sponsorship opportunities.Achieve both direct and country enrolment targets as assigned.
Provide effective course counselling to international students from all enquiry sources leading to enrolment.
Follow up on all leads based on the stipulated turnaround timeline towards enrolment.
Establish targeted number of collaboration projects.
Agent ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and appoint agents who can contribute to international enrolment.
Manage agents based on key account management approaches.
Provide prompt support and response to agents based on stipulated turnaround time, including commission processing and response to enquiries.
Assist agents in international student enquiries and registrations.
Continuously engage with agents in organising marketing and enrolment activities.Services and AdministrativeConduct market surveys and prepare market analysis quarterly.
Maintain process and operational efficiency of the department while keeping the team motivated.
Ensure all marketing proposals and reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Ensure sufficient resources to cope with internal and external activities.
Work with Visa Processing Unit to reduce visa rejection cases due to incomplete documents.DevelopmentAssist in the development projects and programmes undertaken by Sales & Marketing such as:The implementation of customer care surveys/feedback.
Any other projects that may arise from time to time.RequirementsPossess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 2–3 years of related working experience.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and be a good team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
