Executive, Inventory

Job Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Inventory reports.Monitor the ageing Manufacturing Order (MO) and Open Purchase Order (OPO).Analyze slow moving or non-moving inventory – to obtain exposure claim or clean up from system.Analyze inventory data and generate reports to track inventory levels, usage, and trends.Manage the stock accuracy and ensure the physical stock tally with the system.Investigate the discrepancies and shortages of inventory records.Ensure inventory is purchased based on demand.Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.Review scrap and stock adjustments submitted by location owners.Perform monthly stock checks for all outlets and generate monthly stock reports.Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related fields.Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing companies and inventory management/planning/purchasing will be an added advantage.Preferred candidate who is familiar with SAP system.Candidate must be analytical and able work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
