Responsibilities:Assist in conducting initial studies of the property to be developed by the company.
Review the documentation for new land applications submitted to the relevant authorities, particularly the Land Office.
Follow up on the status of the land application.
Submit land applications related to the change of land use and conditions.
Identify the location and obtain the land plan for various land application purposes.
Update the land ownership information of the company.
Conduct site visits with relevant parties for all land-related proceedings.
Visit and inspect the survey work carried out by the Land Surveyor.
Obtain details of the land proposed for development for the purpose of preparing proposal papers/meeting reports.
Assist in land matters related to the Group Plantation Scheme (Rancangan Tanaman Berkelompok - RTB).
Attend meetings or discussion sessions with the relevant authorities regarding the land application.
Receive instructions from the unit head from time to time.
Other matters involving the land management division.
Job Requirements:Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a related field recognized by the Government from local higher education institutions or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates with experience in the related field will be given priority.
Candidates must be proactive and possess good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
