The Executive, Learning and Development is responsible for supporting the coordination and implementation of training and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The role involves providing logistical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth program delivery and supporting the team in aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Training AdministratorProcess staff training Nomination Form with approval from respective head
Training Registration - Liaise with training organizer and get confirmation
Send out e-mail to staff and block calendar
Process payments
Update Training Records
Follow up with staff for training evaluation form & training materials
Prepare for in-house training
Prepare attendance list, refreshment, and set-up training room
Track completion rates, generate reports, and ensure training compliance.
Scholarship, Internship & Management Trainee Program AdministrationSupport the coordination of all matters relating to Scholarship, Internship and Management Trainee Program.
Support the whole processes from new applications to onboarding
Process monthly allowances, claims and payments
Maintain all related documentation and records.
Professional Memberships Payments for staff and companyProcess Annual company corporate membership
Process Staff Annual professional membership
Grant Application and Claims Management (HRDC)Manage the application and submission of training grants under HRD Corp.
Track and compile necessary documentation and records to support grant claims.
Ensure compliance with HRD Corp requirements and timelines for grant applications and claims.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HRD Corp policies and guidelines for grant eligibility.
Internal Communication and Promotion of L&D InitiativesPromote internal learning and development initiatives through effective communication channels.
Collaborate with team members to create and distribute communications that drive employee engagement and participation in L&D programs and events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Anthropology & Sociology, Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Human Capital, ideally within learning and development or engagement.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of instructional design and learning methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS systems is an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to supporting team initiatives.
