What You Will Do? Training Plan Vibes - Identify training needs aligned with company goals and performance. Roll out diverse programs and track employee progress. Use a variety of methods to keep all learners engaged and excited.Training Feedback Loop - Gather feedback to elevate training initiatives. Organize training materials and utilize LMS for seamless data management. Collaborate with departments to ensure the right resources are available.Training Process Updates - Update and enforce training SOPs to keep everything on track. Master the ILMS for solid documentation and record-keeping.Data Reporting - Create insightful reports on KPIs, training success, and onboarding effectiveness.Compliance Check - Maintain accurate training records and ensure everyone is meeting their goals.Are You the One? Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Development or related fields.Experience: 1-2 years in Learning & Development, training coordination, or a similar role. Bonus points if you have a background in the manufacturing industry!Tech Skills: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience with eLearning tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate is a plus.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.What We Offer?
